Villa Eden – living with history and lake views
Villa Eden is a real beauty – located right on the water and built in the typical Wörthersee style. Three stylish flats, almost all with a marvellous view across the lake to the Pyramidenkogel and Reifnitz Castle. Here you wake up with the morning sun on your face and fall asleep with the glistening water outside the window. For all those who love something special. Villa Eden is simply perfect for your holiday at any time of year.
Haus Eden – plenty of space for wonderful moments
Set back in a quiet park is Haus Eden – our largest house, with four spacious flats. Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends who like it cosy and uncomplicated. Each apartement has its own balcony or terrace – with a view of the greenery towards the lake and villa. A place where you immediately feel at home.
Gartenhaus – small, fine and full of charm
Our garden house is a real favourite: two cosy flats on two floors – charming, quiet and perfect for those who prefer a more informal and casual atmosphere. Surrounded by greenery and with the lake just a few steps away. Here you can enjoy the summer to the full – completely relaxed and without a lot of hustle and bustle.

All three houses are situated on a plot of land in an absolutely quiet location in Pörtschach am Wörthersee.
Your four-legged companions are also very welcome here! Dogs are welcome to travel with you in our pet-friendly apartements on Lake Wörthersee and enjoy a relaxing holiday together with you.
There is a small surcharge of € 20,- per day and pet for your dog.
Please note our house rules:
To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask you to show consideration for other holidaymakers. Please keep the grounds clean and remove your dog’s droppings immediately. Everything in the apartement should also be left clean and tidy.
Together we will ensure harmonious coexistence – for people and animals.
Self-check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out should take place by 10:00. Please let the accommodation know your expected arrival time in advance.
The apartements can accommodate 2 to 6 people and have 1 to 3 bedrooms.
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.
From 30 days to 14 days before arrival – 80 % of the total amount.
From 14 days before the day of arrival – 100 % of the total amount.
Yes, all our guests can enjoy and use the private, quiet direct access to the lake.
Yes, free private parking is available directly at the accommodation.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the accommodation.
All apartements are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, a dining area, a living area with flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
